About The Position

Empower AI is seeking a Deployment Scheduler & Coordinator for an exciting opportunity at the Department of State. This role operates within the Program Management Office (PMO) to manage operations and ensure the completion of required deliverables supporting the customer's mission of providing enterprise-wide IT services to DoS users. The position involves providing multi-disciplined management services to support the overall program, customer portfolios, and associated Product Teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing, maintaining, and supporting common tools and processes for project tracking and management, employing comprehensive management functions for a systematic approach to IT project management, and coordinating with government representatives for project execution and documentation. A key aspect of this role is developing and maintaining the integrated master schedule for all operational elements and establishing structured processes to engage with Product Teams throughout the product life cycle, from planning through deployment and support, ensuring continuous Enterprise Operations involvement. Facilitating regular collaboration sessions between Enterprise Operations and Product Teams to align operational requirements, deployment timelines, and priorities is also a critical responsibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience
• Bachelor's in IT or related field
• Secret Security Clearance

Nice To Haves

• CAPM or PMP certification
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification
• Comp TIA Sec + Certification

Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of multi-disciplined management services to support the overall program, various customer Portfolio and associated Product Teams.
• Provide, maintain, and support common tools and processes that enable the Government to track and manage individual projects.
• Employ comprehensive management functions to ensure a systematic approach to IT project management, coordinating with assigned Government representatives for project execution and documentation.
• Develop and maintain the integrated master schedule for all operational elements of this effort.
• Establish and maintain structured processes to engage with Product Teams throughout the entire product life cycle from initial planning through deployment and ongoing support, ensuring early and continuous Enterprise Operations involvement.
• Facilitate regular collaboration sessions between Enterprise Operations and Product Teams to align operational requirements, deployment timelines, and priorities.
