About The Position

Via is seeking a Deployment Operations Associate Principal to launch new markets around the world and support the day-to-day management and success of partner deployments. The role provides exposure to operations, entrepreneurship, product, and business development, and requires willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. The Associate Principal will take ownership of new deployment launches, help partners develop and grow on-demand transit systems, coordinate product expectations and development feedback with engineering, and use Via’s operational and marketing expertise to support partners. The role also involves interpreting proprietary data to generate insights and business recommendations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and a record of exceptional academic achievement.
At least 3 years of work experience.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, take responsibility, and work independently.
Meticulousness, vigilance, and strong attention to detail.
Problem-solving ability and a tendency to seek creative solutions.
Excellent communication skills and good judgment in choosing an appropriate tone.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

Launch new Via deployments and ensure each aspect is executed on time and to a high standard of quality.
Contribute to strategic decision-making, project planning, and the establishment of Via operations in new markets.
Serve as the main point of contact for partners, helping them develop and grow operational on-demand transit systems.
Manage product expectations and development, ensuring the engineering team receives the feedback needed to improve the product.
Use Via’s operational and marketing knowledge to help partners get the most out of its technology.
Interpret proprietary data to generate insights and business recommendations that support partner service success.
