About The Position

Reflex Robotics is seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Deployment Operations Manager to own the heartbeat of their field operations. This role is critical for scaling a physical product and requires bridging the gap between remote operators and customer sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring robots are operational and back in the workflow if they go down. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, scaling environment.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

Experience in robotics operations or a similar scaling physical product environment.
Proven ability to manage complex logistics.
Strong understanding of fleet management and reliability metrics.
Experience with data analysis and reporting.
A portfolio or examples of significant projects that demonstrate pushing past the status quo.

Responsibilities

Deployment Operations: Own the logistics and execution of customer onboarding, including planning robot delivery, site-mapping, and final handoff to ensure flawless customer pilot success.
Test Facility Management: Manage the intake of customer equipment and pallets, set up physical workflows mirroring site environments, and test/measure robot readiness against actual customer inventory to greenlight deployments.
Fleet Tracking & Reliability: Act as the source of truth for robot performance, tracking and reporting on fleet health, software reliability, and hardware Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
