Agent Deployment Operations

Runbook•San Francisco, CA

About The Position

Runbook is building AI agents that automate operational workflows for companies in the physical economy. The post-sales Deployments team uses Runbook’s internal product stack to train agents on real-world customer workflows, with the goal of automating core work reliably. This customer-facing generalist role involves understanding how customer processes work, deploying agents into those businesses, and refining them until they can operate reliably in production. The role owns deployments from initial pilot through production launch. It combines workflow analysis, customer partnership, agent performance improvement, and feedback to product iterations. Runbook is hiring Agent Ops Leads for new graduates and early-career candidates, as well as Senior Agent Ops Leads for experienced candidates; exceptional early-career applicants are encouraged to apply.
