The Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Technician will provide technical and administrative support for the Audit and Program Services unit in administering the HCV program. The role applies knowledge of MSHDA policies and HUD regulations to evaluate and process participant eligibility and monthly Housing Assistance Payments (HAP). Responsibilities include data processing, managing workflow queues, monitoring requests, maintaining participant records, and conducting file reviews and audits to ensure compliance with federal guidelines, the administrative plan, and standard operating procedures.
