As a Department Manager, you represent Von Maur and help shape its reputation as America’s Leading Department Store. You drive retail growth by building and maintaining relationships, optimizing merchandising, and developing associates to deliver top-tier customer experiences. The role includes performing sales associate duties and meeting individual sales and account goals. You must be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.

• Provide associates with feedback on service, selling, and account statistics.
• Develop and implement solutions to address customer problems and department needs.
