About The Position

Ascend Staffing is hiring a Department Associate for its Small Bent Parts department in Clearfield, Utah. This day-shift production role involves operating basic manufacturing equipment to bend or form small metal parts, handling parts for shipping and receiving, and checking finished products for defects. The associate performs repetitive production tasks while meeting production goals and keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe. The position requires following company safety procedures and work instructions and notifying supervisors about equipment problems or quality concerns. Previous job experience is required; manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
