About The Position

Under the direct supervision of the department manager, the Department Aide - CT Scan performs duties involving a variety of operational and technical procedures in the CT Scan department. The schedule is nights, 7 days on and 7 days off, with 9.5 hours worked per shift. The position is listed at 0.79 FTE, with a pay range of $18–$22 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Files and charts medical reports and related material.
• Assigns the proper patient consent form.
• Assists in locating patient files.
• Transports patients to and from the Imaging Department.
• Helps maintain equipment.
• Maintains record-keeping and filing systems.
• Delivers radiographs to radiologists or physicians.
• Performs other duties as required.
