About The Position

Benevis is seeking an endodontist or a dentist with significant hands-on endodontic experience to provide PRN endodontic care. The position is scheduled 1–2 days per month, with flexibility to fit around an existing dental practice. Candidates should be confident performing root canal therapy and complex endodontic cases. The practice provides a dental team, technology, and patients. Compensation is $1,000–$2,700 per day, paid as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program.
• Demonstrated high-volume endodontic experience as a dentist, including confidence managing complex, multi-canal, and retreatment cases.
• Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications, and DEA registration.
• Compassion and a strong desire to provide endodontic care to underserved dental patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform root canal therapy, including complex and multi-canal cases.
• Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the tooth pulp and periapical tissues.
• Use modern endodontic techniques and available dental technology to deliver high-quality care.
• Collaborate with dental teams to support treatment planning and case flow.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with clinical and regulatory standards.
