About The Position

Benevis is seeking an endodontist or dentist with significant hands-on endodontic experience to provide care on a PRN basis, typically 1–2 days per month, with scheduling designed around an existing dental practice. The role is open to dentists who confidently perform root canal therapy and complex endodontic cases. Benevis provides the dental team, technology, and patients needed to deliver care. Daily compensation is $1,000–$2,700, structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production. The position also offers CE opportunities through ADA C.E.R.P.-recognized programs, no lab fees, company-paid malpractice insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and visa and Green Card sponsorship where applicable.

The practice uses DentaPro software and digital x-ray and Panorex units, and provides dedicated dental assistants trained to support endodontic procedures. Requirements

• DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program.
• Demonstrated high-volume endodontic experience as a dentist, including confidence managing complex, multi-canal, and retreatment cases.
• Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR, ACLS, and DEA registration.
• Compassion and a strong desire to provide endodontic care to underserved dental patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform root canal therapy, including complex and multi-canal cases.
• Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the tooth pulp and periapical tissues.
• Use modern endodontic techniques and available dental technology to deliver high-quality care.
• Collaborate with dental teams to support treatment planning and case flow.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical and regulatory standards.
