Requirements

• 2–3 years of previous dental assisting experience.
• 1–3 years of previous Endodontics experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• For Michigan hires, provide evidence of X-ray training certification upon hiring. If not certified at hiring, submit certification within 8 weeks.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in dental software and technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dental team in providing patient care.
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care.
• Support dentists during procedures by anticipating their needs and helping ensure a smooth workflow.
• Perform basic dental procedures under the guidance of a licensed dentist.
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records.
