Dental Assistant (Endodontics)
About The Position
Premier Care Dental Management is hiring a Dental Assistant for Leading Edge Endodontics, serving its White Plains and Mount Kisco, New York practices. The role supports dentists during procedures and helps provide patients with a comfortable, confident experience. Duties include taking digital radiographs and intra-oral scans as prescribed, preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment, and sanitizing and preparing operatories. The assistant also follows OSHA and safety policies, provides oral hygiene education as needed, and handles other office tasks that support smooth practice operations. It emphasizes a supportive team culture focused on health rather than sales, without production-quota pressure. The listed schedule has Sunday off, weekday hours generally from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m., and alternating Thursday and Saturday shifts. The stated hourly salary range is $25–$30.
Requirements
- Any certification or license required by the state to perform specified duties.

- Prior endodontic dental assisting experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit.
- Support the dentist with various procedures.
- Take digital radiographs and intra-oral scans as prescribed.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment while maintaining strict infection control.
- Sanitize and prepare operatories for treatments.
- Follow OSHA and safety policies.
- Educate patients on effective oral hygiene strategies as needed.
- Undertake office tasks as needed to support seamless practice operations.
