Our mission is to increase access to healthcare for geriatric and underserved populations by delivering high-quality care directly where patients live and receive services. We provide on-site portable dentistry, podiatry, audiology, and optometry to Senior Centers, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, and Veteran Homes across 20+ states, and we continue to grow. Our care model removes administrative and logistical burdens so providers can focus entirely on patient care. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Part-Time Dentist to join our mobile care team in Louisville, KY. This opportunity is ideal for a dentist looking to supplement their current schedule while making a meaningful impact in senior and underserved communities. CMC manages all equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing, and logistics. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, allowing you to practice dentistry without the overhead or administrative demands of a traditional office.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Active Kentucky dental license
- Ability to work independently and adapt to various care settings

Responsibilities
- Provide routine dental exams, cleanings, extractions, and basic restorative procedures
- Diagnose and manage oral health conditions commonly seen in geriatric patients
- Educate patients and facility staff on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Ensure patient comfort and safety in a facility-based care environment
