About The Position
Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Dentist to join its team at Eastern Reception Diagnostic Correctional Center (ERDCC) in Bonne Terre, Missouri. Centurion Health provides healthcare services to the Missouri Department of Corrections. The Dentist provides comprehensive dental treatment to address incarcerated patients’ oral health needs, including examinations, preventive care, and corrective services. The Dentist develops, reviews, and evaluates dental treatment plans and procedures. The schedule is a day shift consisting of three 10-hour shifts and one 8-hour shift per week, totaling 38 hours. There are no nights, holidays, or weekends. The position offers competitive compensation and benefits for full-time team members.
Requirements
- Dental degree (DDS or DMD) from an accredited university.
- License to practice dentistry in the State of Missouri.
- Active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration, or ability to obtain it.
- Active certification in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
