About The Position
DOCS Dental is hiring a full-time General Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care in a modern, private-practice environment serving the civilian military community. The role offers full clinical autonomy, a close-knit team, and an emphasis on patient relationships. Patients include military families, veterans, federal employees, and contractors. The practice is fully digitalized and uses Itero technology, has an average of more than 100 new patients each month, and includes in-house specialists and a supportive clinic team. Compensation includes a daily guarantee and a percentage of adjusted production; dentists are stated to earn $180,000–$390,000 annually, with production compensation of 28–32% based on experience.
Requirements
- DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. program.
- Active Arizona Dental License.
- CPR/BLS Certification.
- Willingness to obtain a Real ID for base access.
- Must pass background checks, including criminal and malpractice checks, urinalysis and applicable testing, and meet requirements for shots, physical examination, and vaccinations.
