Associate Dentist Full Time
About The Position
A full-time Associate General Dentist position at a high-producing, locally owned private general dental practice in College Station, Texas. The practice offers an established patient base, four active hygiene columns, and consistent restorative opportunities so the associate can maintain a productive schedule. The dentist will provide comprehensive general dentistry using modern technology, with autonomy to diagnose, educate, and recommend care without unnecessary micromanagement. The schedule is four or five days per week, with no nights or weekends. A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 is offered. Compensation is a competitive percentage of collections, with an initial daily guarantee available based on experience and the potential to expand the schedule as the practice grows.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active Texas dental license, or ability to obtain one before starting.
- Passion for comprehensive patient care.
- Confidence in restorative and general dentistry.
- Motivation, productivity, and a growth-minded approach.
- Friendly, personable manner and excellent communication skills.
- Collaborative team-player attitude.
