About The Position

DOCS Dental is hiring a full-time General Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care in a modern, private-practice environment serving the civilian military community. The position offers full clinical autonomy, a close-knit and collaborative team, and an emphasis on patient relationships. Patients include military families, veterans, federal employees, and contractors. The practice is fully digitalized and uses Itero technology, with an average of more than 100 new patients each month. Dentists work alongside in-house specialists and a supportive clinic team. Compensation includes a daily guarantee plus a percentage of adjusted production. The posting states annual earnings of $180,000–$390,000 and compensation of 28–32% of adjusted production, based on experience. DOCS Dental also offers an annual continuing education allowance, malpractice coverage, license reimbursement, and relocation assistance. A conditional offer requires a background check, including criminal and malpractice checks, drug screening, urinalysis, and applicable testing, shots, physical exam, and vaccinations. Requirements

DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. program.
Active Arizona Dental License.
CPR/BLS Certification.
Willingness to obtain a Real ID for base access.
Pass background checks, including criminal and malpractice checks, urinalysis and applicable testing, and meet requirements for shots, physical exam, and vaccinations.
