Requirements

• Graduation from an approved school of dentistry. Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.
• Possess a license to practice dentistry issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Dentistry.
• Successful completion of basic training in Elizabethtown, PA is required.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions.
• Must pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete periodontal exams, review medical histories, and diagnose oral conditions
• Perform restorative, endodontic, surgical, and preventative procedures
• Consult with specialists and refer patients for advanced care when needed
• Lead and train dental staff and evaluate work outcomes
• Follow all required security protocols, tool controls, and material handling rules
