About The Position
The Airway Dentists is hiring a full-time dentist to join its clinical team and help redefine the standard of care in dentistry. The organization provides orthodontic, sleep apnea, and general dentistry services across offices in Houston and Austin. The position offers an opportunity to learn Airway Dentistry and contribute to patient wellness beyond the standard limitations of dentistry. The dentist will be part of a clinical team spanning all offices and will report to Dr. Kalli Hale. The role includes over-the-shoulder training from Chief Clinical Officer Dr. Kalli Hale and VP of Clinical Operations Dr. Matt Hicks, as well as nine weeks of formal immersion in the clinical model leading up to the first day.
