About The Position

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a part-time dentist to provide care in a structured, outpatient clinic setting in Florence, KY, serving a senior population. This is meaningful, mission-driven work with a predictable schedule — and none of the overhead or administrative burden of running your own practice. You'll function as an extension of an established clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused environment. You'll practice within a community-based outpatient clinic model that includes full-time, on-site clinic staff, organized scheduling and smooth patient flow, a coordinated, team-based care environment, and a value-based model focused on senior care. We handle the equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing — so you can focus entirely on delivering high-quality dental care. This is not a high-volume, rotating-provider model. Our dentists are integrated into established clinic environments and represent CMC directly within each partner location. We emphasize quality over volume, consistency and predictability, full administrative and logistical support, long-term clinic partnerships, and ethical, mission-driven healthcare delivery.

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited program
Active Kentucky dental license
Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments

Nice To Haves

Experience treating senior populations preferred
Strong clinical judgment and excellent chairside manner

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive dental care, including exams, preventive services, extractions, and basic restorative procedures
Diagnose and manage oral health conditions common in aging populations
Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team
Deliver patient-centered care in a structured outpatient setting
