Part-Time Optometrist | Outpatient Clinic Setting
About The Position
Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Optometrist (OD) to provide care across three established outpatient clinic locations in Fort Myers, Port Charlotte, and Naples, FL. This role is ideal for an OD who values flexibility, predictable scheduling, and meaningful clinical work—without the administrative burden of running a practice or the pace of retail settings. You’ll serve senior populations in a structured, team-based environment where quality of care comes first. You’ll practice within a coordinated, community-based outpatient clinic model with full-time on-site clinic staff, organized scheduling and patient flow, a collaborative, team-based care environment, and a value-based model focused on seniors. CMC manages equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing logistics—allowing you to focus entirely on delivering high-quality vision care. This is not a high-volume retail model. Our optometrists are embedded within established clinics and represent CMC directly at each partner location. We emphasize quality over volume, consistency and predictability, strong administrative and logistical support, long-term clinic partnerships, and ethical, mission-driven healthcare delivery.
Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
- Active Florida optometry license
- Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments

Responsibilities
