About The Position
Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Dentist to provide care in a structured, outpatient clinic-based environment in Winchester, Virginia. This is a clinic-based role where you’ll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations. This opportunity offers flexibility and professional support, without the overhead and administrative burden of running your own practice. The opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model with on-site clinic staff, organized scheduling and patient flow, a coordinated, team-based care environment, and a value-based model focused on seniors. CMC manages equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing logistics, allowing the dentist to focus entirely on delivering high-quality dental care. This is not a high-volume rotating model; dentists are integrated into established clinic environments and represent Comprehensive Mobile Care directly within each partner location. Emphasis is placed on quality over volume, consistency and predictability, administrative and logistical support, long-term clinic partnerships, and ethical, mission-driven healthcare delivery.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Active Virginia dental license
- Strong clinical judgment and chairside manner
- Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, preventive services, extractions, and basic restorative procedures
