About The Position

Centurion is seeking a full-time Dentist to provide dental services at the Suwannee Correctional Institution Annex in Live Oak, Florida. The Dentist provides comprehensive professional dental treatment to address the oral health needs of incarcerated patients. The schedule is Tuesday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Centurion contracts with state and local governments nationwide to provide healthcare services to correctional facilities, state hospitals, and other community settings.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited university.
• BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine recall examinations.
• Perform simple extractions and restorations.
• Provide prosthetic services and prophylaxis.
• Provide fluoride and endodontic treatments.
• Address incarcerated patients’ oral health needs through comprehensive professional dental treatment.
