About The Position

The Team Lead assists with the responsibilities of the facility and its operations, setting an example by exceeding expectations and supporting the management team. The role offers an opportunity to learn car wash operations and develop toward management positions in a fast-growing industry. The position is located in Live Oak, Florida, and the starting pay rate is $17.50 per hour, with an opportunity to earn weekly commission. Part-time and full-time positions are available, and flexible scheduling is offered.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Be able to stand for long periods.
• Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Complete a drug screen and background check as required by state guidelines.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist with opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prepare vehicles before they enter the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular equipment maintenance.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
