About The Position

A-Team Dental Staffing has partnered with an established, high-performing private dental practice in Los Angeles to hire an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator. This is a direct hire opportunity for a polished, relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, systems-driven environment. This MGE practice is seeking a high-tone communicator who is confident presenting comprehensive treatment, overcoming patient objections, and helping patients move forward with their dental care.

Requirements

• Previous Dental Treatment Coordinator experience required
• Experience working in an MGE practice or a strong understanding of MGE systems and high-tone communication is highly preferred
• Proven success presenting and closing treatment plans
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance and financial arrangements
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills
• Experience with Open Dental preferred
• Professional, confident, and goal-oriented
• Ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional customer service

Responsibilities

• Present comprehensive treatment plans with confidence and professionalism
• Educate patients on the benefits and importance of recommended treatment
• Review insurance benefits and financial arrangements
• Discuss payment options and assist patients with financing solutions
• Schedule treatment efficiently to maximize provider productivity
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding cases
• Build trust and rapport while addressing patient questions and concerns
• Coordinate with doctors and the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care
• Utilize Open Dental for patient records and scheduling
• Utilize Weave for patient communication and follow-up
• Help achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals
