About The Position
New Zephyrhills Dental is seeking a friendly, motivated, and goal-driven Treatment Coordinator to help patients understand their treatment options and recommended care. The role involves building relationships with patients, contributing to a positive patient experience, and supporting the practice’s production goals in a fast-paced environment. Requirements
- Previous dental experience, preferably in treatment coordination.
- Strong understanding of dental insurance, treatment planning, and financing options.
- Confident, personable, and comfortable discussing treatment costs with patients.
- Goal-oriented, with a passion for meeting and exceeding expectations.
- Team player who brings positivity, organization, and a strong work ethic.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Dentrix dental practice management software.
Responsibilities
- Present treatment plans and help patients understand their recommended care.
- Discuss financial options, insurance benefits, and payment arrangements.
- Follow up with patients about unscheduled treatment to help increase case acceptance.
- Work with clinical and front office teams to create a positive patient experience.
- Help the office achieve monthly production goals and performance targets.
- Build lasting patient relationships through excellent communication and customer service.
