About The Position

A-Team Dental Staffing has partnered with an established private dental practice in Orange County, CA, to identify an exceptional Treatment Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a patient-focused practice that has proudly served the community for over 20 years. As the Treatment Coordinator, you will be the bridge between exceptional clinical care and an outstanding patient experience. You’ll help patients understand their treatment options, coordinate care, discuss financial arrangements, and confidently move forward with the dentistry they need.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Treatment Coordinator experience in a dental practice
Proven success presenting treatment plans and increasing case acceptance
Strong understanding of PPO insurance and Fee-for-Service practices
Experience discussing financial arrangements and payment options
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Nice To Haves

Previous private practice experience preferred
Experience with Eaglesoft preferred
Familiarity with digital dentistry and modern dental technology is a plus
Knowledge of cosmetic, restorative, implant, and Invisalign treatment is preferred

Responsibilities

Present comprehensive treatment plans with confidence and compassion
Educate patients on recommended treatment and available financial options
Coordinate treatment scheduling for optimal efficiency
Verify PPO insurance benefits and prepare accurate financial estimates
Follow up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding treatment plans
Maintain strong communication between patients, doctors, and the clinical team
Support daily production and practice goals
Deliver an exceptional patient experience from consultation through treatment completion
