About The Position

The Dental Receptionist will serve as the front-office concierge and the face of a patient-centered dental practice, delivering a concierge-level of service and helping create a positive patient experience. The practice is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic team member with a positive attitude and a friendly smile. The right person will be a self-starter who can problem-solve, multitask, and stay solution-driven throughout the day. Training is available for the right candidate who meets the stated characteristics and criteria. This is a full-time position with an immediate start. Salary and benefits vary depending on experience. The role offers participation in workshops and continuing education, along with opportunities to grow and develop skills as part of a high-achieving team focused on enhancing the patient experience and advancing the practice.

Responsibilities
