Galleria Dental Aesthetics is seeking a Dental Hygienist for a practice that values quality patient care over rushed appointments. This role offers a Monday-Thursday schedule, a highly respected practice, and a team with low drama and high tenure.

Requirements

• Active Virginia Dental Hygiene License (or awaiting licensure—we welcome new graduates and pending license applicants)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience providing comprehensive hygiene care, including: Periodontal charting, Digital X-rays, Prophylaxis, Scaling and Root Planing (SRP), Fluoride treatments, Patient education
• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding patient care
• Comfortable using or willing to learn modern dental technology

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures
• Prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
• Scaling and Root Planing (SRP)
• Periodontal charting
• Digital radiographs
• Fluoride treatments
• Patient education and preventive care
• Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient experience
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Dentrix
