Requirements
- Active Virginia Dental Hygiene License ( or is currently awaiting licensure—we welcome you to apply! )
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience providing comprehensive dental hygiene services, including: Periodontal charting, Digital X-rays, Prophylaxis, Scaling & Root Planing (SRP), Patient education, Fluoride treatments, Preventive dental care
- A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
- Passion for delivering excellent patient care
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive periodontal charting
- Take diagnostic digital radiographs
- Provide prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
- Administer scaling and root planing (SRP)
- Apply fluoride treatments and preventive therapies
- Educate patients on oral health and home care
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional communication and compassionate care
- Collaborate with doctors and teammates to provide an outstanding patient experience
