Requirements
- Active Virginia Dental Hygiene License (or awaiting licensure—we welcome new graduates and pending license applicants)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience providing comprehensive hygiene care, including: Periodontal charting, Digital X-rays, Prophylaxis, Scaling and Root Planing (SRP), Fluoride treatments, Patient education
- Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding patient care
- Comfortable using or willing to learn modern dental technology
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures
- Prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
- Scaling and Root Planing (SRP)
- Periodontal charting
- Digital radiographs
- Fluoride treatments
- Patient education and preventive care
- Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient experience
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Dentrix
