Requirements

Active Virginia Dental Hygiene License (or is currently awaiting licensure—we welcome you to apply!)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience providing comprehensive dental hygiene services, including: Periodontal charting, Digital X-rays, Prophylaxis, Scaling & Root Planing (SRP), Patient education, Fluoride treatments, Preventive dental care
A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
Passion for delivering excellent patient care

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive periodontal charting
Take diagnostic digital radiographs
Provide prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
Administer scaling and root planing (SRP)
Apply fluoride treatments and preventive therapies
Educate patients on oral health and home care
Build lasting relationships through exceptional communication and compassionate care
Collaborate with doctors and teammates to provide an outstanding patient experience
