About The Position
Great Expressions Dental Centers (GEDC) is seeking Registered Dental Hygienists to join its Flex Force internal temporary pool. Flex Force allows hygienists to choose available shifts based on their schedules, without committing to a permanent full- or part-time schedule or a specific number of hours. There are no guaranteed hours. Available shifts are shared when GEDC offices need temporary hygiene coverage, with opportunities across participating offices. Hygienists work in supportive, patient-focused practices and may gain experience with different offices and teams. GEDC describes its culture as focused on patient care, clinical quality, and ethical treatment, with hygienists respected and supported in practicing at the top of their license. The organization has more than 200 offices across multiple states and highlights modern technology and clinical support.
Requirements
- Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
- Current dental hygiene license, or license-eligible, in the state where the candidate wishes to work.
- Patient-focused approach and commitment to quality care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to different office environments and teams.
- Reliable and professional approach to patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered dental hygiene care and maintain a commitment to quality care.
- Accept and work available temporary shifts at participating GEDC offices according to availability.
