About The Position
Great Expressions Dental Centers (GEDC) is seeking Registered Dental Hygienists to join its Flex Force internal temporary pool. Hygienists can choose available shifts at participating GEDC offices based on their availability, with no commitment to a specific number of hours or shifts and no guaranteed hours. The position offers flexibility for occasional shifts, supplementing an existing schedule, or maintaining flexibility while considering future plans. This is W-2 employment, not a commitment to a permanent full- or part-time schedule. Hygienists work in supportive, patient-focused practices and may gain exposure to different offices and teams. GEDC emphasizes patient care, clinical quality, ethical treatment, and enabling hygienists to practice at the top of their license. The organization has more than 200 offices across multiple states and provides modern technology and clinical support.
Requirements
- Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
- Current dental hygiene license, or eligibility for licensure, in the state where the candidate wishes to work.
- Patient-focused approach and commitment to quality care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to different office environments and teams.
- Reliable and professional approach to patient care.
