About The Position

Great Expressions Dental Centers (GEDC) is hiring Registered Dental Hygienists for its Flex Force internal temporary pool. Flex Force offers the opportunity to select available shifts at participating GEDC offices without committing to a permanent full- or part-time schedule. There are no guaranteed hours or required minimum number of shifts. Hygienists can use the pool to pick up occasional work, supplement another schedule, or maintain flexibility while considering their next step.

Requirements

• Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
• Current dental hygiene license, or eligibility for licensure, in the state where the candidate wishes to work.
• Patient-focused approach and commitment to quality care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to different office environments and teams.
• Reliable and professional approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental hygiene care to patients in temporary coverage shifts at participating GEDC offices.

• Select available shifts according to personal availability; no minimum number of shifts is required.
