About The Position
Dental365 is hiring a Dental Hygienist for Rittenhouse Dentists in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The role focuses on providing high-quality, concierge-style dental hygiene care, building patient trust, and supporting patients’ overall oral health. The practice offers one-hour recall appointments, a modern and safety-conscious environment, and opportunities to contribute to its Hygiene Executive Committee. A $5,000 welcoming bonus is currently offered to the right candidate. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., twice per month. Requirements
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the respective state.
- Current CPR (BLS) certification.
- Exceptional working knowledge of comprehensive dentistry, including dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and meticulous documentation.
- Any additional certification or license required by the state to perform specified duties.
Responsibilities
- Provide concierge-level care with exceptional chairside manner and build trust with patients.
- Identify signs of periodontal disease or potential oral cancers to support patients’ oral health.
- Document and review patient medical histories and chief complaints.
- Take X-rays and intraoral images to support treatment planning and document progress or changes.
- Perform oral hygiene procedures in accordance with treatment plans prescribed by the attending dentist.
- Respond appropriately to sudden adverse developments during patient treatment.
- Provide instructions for at-home care and oral health maintenance.
