About The Position

Dental365 is hiring a Dental Hygienist for its New City location. The organization describes a dentist-led, supportive practice focused on patient care, with one-hour recall appointments, modern technology, and a Hygiene Executive Committee that supports and leads the hygiene team. The listed schedule is Monday 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Tuesday 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Wednesday 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Thursday 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., and Friday 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. Part-time or per-diem availability is open for discussion. Pay is $52–$57 per hour, with quarterly bonus potential. Benefits depend on hours worked: all benefits are available to full-time employees working 30 or more hours weekly, with some benefits available to part-time employees.

Requirements

• Active New York RDH license and any state-required certifications.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification.
• Strong knowledge of comprehensive dental hygiene, patient screening, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge-level care and build patient trust.
• Review medical histories, take x-rays and intraoral images, and screen for periodontal disease and oral cancer.
• Perform hygiene procedures according to dentists’ treatment plans and respond to in-treatment emergencies.
• Educate patients on at-home care.
