Dental Hygienist
About The Position
An established dental practice in Austin, Texas, is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join a supportive, collaborative team. Experienced hygienists and new graduates are welcome to apply. The role provides patient-centered preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene care and involves working with dentists and team members to support efficient daily operations and a positive patient experience. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with flexible scheduling available. Compensation is $60 per hour with a productivity bonus. The practice offers modern dental technology and ergonomically designed workspaces.
Requirements
- Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist license, or licensure in progress; active licensure is required before providing clinical care.
- Strong clinical skills with an emphasis on patient comfort, empathy, and education.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, collaborative approach.
- New graduates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene care.
- Conduct oral screenings, review medical histories, and take digital radiographs.
