About The Position

Starlite Smiles, an office of Elite Dental Partners, is seeking a Dental Hygienist for its Henderson, Kentucky practice. The role focuses on patient-centered care, periodontal health, and helping patients maintain their oral health. The practice offers clinicians clinical independence along with operational and administrative support, and emphasizes a clinician-first culture and opportunities for career growth. Compensation is $40–$45 per hour, with uncapped bonus earning potential, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, incentives on hygiene products, and employee referral bonuses. Full-time Dental Hygienists are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

Dental hygiene licensure compliant with the State Dental Board, with no adverse actions.
Excellent communication skills with patients and team members.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and dental software.

Responsibilities

Perform periodontal procedures in accordance with patient needs and state dental board requirements.
Educate patients on preventing, diagnosing, and treating periodontal disease and maintaining oral health.
Discuss connections between periodontal conditions and overall systemic health.
Chart periodontal disease conditions and collaborate with the Dentist to develop appropriate treatment plans.
Work with the team on scheduling, providing an exceptional patient experience, and maintaining the practice and equipment.
