About The Position

Fresh Dental is hiring a Dental Hygienist for its Huntersville, North Carolina practice. The role is full-time, with a schedule of Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Compensation is $50–$60 per hour based on experience, plus monthly bonuses and a $5,000 signing bonus. Applicants of all experience levels are welcome, including new graduates; mentoring is available.

Requirements

• Valid North Carolina Dental Hygiene License.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver gentle, thorough dental cleanings.
• Educate patients about oral health and home-care habits.
• Perform periodontal charting, radiographs, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
• Work with dentists and dental assistants to provide coordinated care.
• Help patients feel comfortable and positive about hygiene visits.
