About The Position

Gentle Dental is hiring an Expanded Practice Dental Hygienist (EPDH) for its new office in Roseburg, Oregon. The hygienist will help establish the practice, build patient relationships, and expand access to preventive and comprehensive oral healthcare in the community. The role offers clinical autonomy to practice to the full extent of the EPDH license, with support from a collaborative clinical team and an experienced dental organization. The position is full-time and includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Current Oregon dental hygiene license, or ability to obtain one before employment.
• Oregon Expanded Practice Dental Hygienist (EPDH) permit.
• Current CPR certification.
• Local anesthesia certification, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Help establish the new Roseburg dental practice and build lasting relationships with patients.
• Provide preventive and comprehensive oral healthcare while practicing to the full extent of the EPDH license.
• Collaborate with dentists and other dental professionals to support patient care.
