About The Position

Dental Health Associates (DHA), a locally owned and doctor-led dental practice in Madison, Wisconsin, is hiring Dental Hygienists for its clinics. The practice offers a supportive, collaborative, patient-focused workplace and opportunities for professional growth. Applicants may be experienced hygienists or recent graduates; state licensure or eligibility for licensure is required. The role may be full-time or part-time, including float or fill coverage, with schedules ranging from one to five days per week. Hygiene appointments are one hour. Starting pay is $44 per hour, with higher wages based on experience. Compensation may also include a $10,000 signing bonus, quarterly bonuses of up to $2,000 each, per-quadrant scaling bonuses, and additional per-day bonuses for picking up shifts outside a normal schedule. Overtime is available but never required; top performers can earn over $100,000 per year. DHA has served the Madison community for over 50 years and operates seven locations.

Requirements

Active state dental hygiene license or eligibility for licensure; new graduates are welcome to apply.
Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Provide preventive dental care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques.
Take and process dental X-rays.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile treatment area.
Document patient care accurately and efficiently.
