About The Position

Gentle Dental is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join its established and growing Lacey, Washington practice. The role offers the opportunity to practice at the top of the hygienist’s license with clinical autonomy, evidence-based best practices, modern technology, and support from a collaborative team. The position is available full-time or part-time. Compensation is $85 per hour plus an uncapped performance bonus, with a $7,500 signing bonus. The practice has an established patient base and offers an opportunity to build long-term patient relationships in a growing community.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Active Washington Dental Hygiene License, or ability to obtain one before employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Local Anesthesia Certification if required by state regulations.
