About The Position

Marmora Family Dental Associates, part of Elite Dental Partners, is seeking a Dental Hygienist to provide patient-focused periodontal care. The dentist-led organization emphasizes clinical independence and provides clinical, operational, and administrative support so clinicians can focus on patient care. The role includes educating patients about oral health and periodontal disease, documenting periodontal conditions, and collaborating with the Dentist and the broader team to deliver an exceptional patient experience and maintain the practice. The hourly rate is $50–$55, with uncapped bonus earning potential and incentives on hygiene products. The position also offers opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Requirements

Dental hygiene licensure compliant with the State Dental Board, with no adverse actions.
Excellent communication skills with both the team and patients.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and dental software.

Experience with Dentrix is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform periodontal procedures in the patient's best interest and in accordance with state dental board requirements.
Educate patients on strategies to prevent, diagnose, and treat periodontal disease and maintain oral health.
Discuss links between periodontal conditions and overall systemic health.
Chart periodontal disease conditions and collaborate with the Dentist to develop an appropriate treatment plan.
Work with the team on scheduling, providing an exceptional patient experience, and maintaining the condition of the practice and equipment.
