About The Position

Marmora Family Dental Associates, part of Elite Dental Partners, is seeking a Dental Hygienist to provide patient-centered dental care. The role offers an hourly rate of $50–$55, uncapped bonus earning potential, incentives on hygiene products, and employee referral bonuses. The Dental Hygienist performs periodontal procedures in accordance with patient needs and state dental board requirements, educates patients about periodontal disease and oral health, and documents periodontal conditions to support treatment planning with the Dentist. The hygienist also collaborates with the team on scheduling, patient experience, and upkeep of the practice and its equipment. Requirements

Dental hygiene licensure compliant with the State Dental Board, with no adverse actions.
Excellent communication skills with both the team and patients.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and dental software.

Experience with Dentrix preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform periodontal procedures in the patient’s best interest and in accordance with all state dental board requirements.
Educate patients on strategies to prevent, diagnose, and treat periodontal disease and maintain oral health, including discussing links between periodontal conditions and systemic health.
Chart periodontal disease conditions and collaborate with the Dentist to develop appropriate treatment plans.
Work collaboratively with the team on scheduling, delivering an exceptional patient experience, and maintaining the condition of the practice and equipment.
