Requirements
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Texas
- Current CPR certification
- 1+ years of clinical hygiene experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented and collaborative
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality patient care
- Comfortable working in a productive clinical environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Basic computer proficiency
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Provide preventive and periodontal dental hygiene services
- Perform dental cleanings and patient assessments
- Take digital dental radiographs as needed
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
- Build strong relationships with patients and provide a positive experience
- Collaborate with dentists and the dental team to support comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow clinical protocols
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient clinical environment
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
