About The Position

Dental365 is hiring a Dental Hygienist for its Brick, New Jersey practice. The role focuses on providing high-quality, patient-centered dental care in a modern, safety-conscious environment. Hygienists have one-hour recall appointments and support from the Hygiene Executive Committee, which helps lead and develop the hygiene team. The practice emphasizes health over sales, a supportive culture, and opportunities for career growth without production quotas. The listed hiring schedule is Monday 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., Tuesday 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Wednesday 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Thursday 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and Friday 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Compensation is $50–$55 per hour, with quarterly bonuses; the range may vary based on experience. A $5,000 welcoming bonus is offered for the right candidate.

Requirements

Active Registered Dental Hygienist license.
Current CPR (BLS) certification.
Exceptional working knowledge of comprehensive dentistry, including dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and meticulous documentation.
Any additional certification or license required by the state to perform specified duties.

Responsibilities

Provide concierge-level care and exceptional chairside manner to build trust with patients.
Identify signs of periodontal disease or potential oral cancers to enhance patients’ oral health.
Document and review patient medical histories and chief complaints.
Take X-rays and intraoral images to support treatment planning and document progress or changes.
Perform oral hygiene procedures in accordance with treatment plans prescribed by the attending dentist.
Handle emergency measures in response to sudden adverse developments during treatment.
Provide instructions for at-home care and oral health maintenance.
