About The Position
Great Expressions Dental Centers (GEDC) is seeking Registered Dental Hygienists to join its Flex Force internal temporary pool. Flex Force allows hygienists to choose available shifts based on their availability, without committing to a permanent full- or part-time schedule or a specific number of hours. Shifts are shared when GEDC offices need temporary hygiene coverage, and there are no guaranteed hours. Hygienists may work across participating GEDC offices, gaining exposure to different teams in supportive, patient-focused practices. GEDC emphasizes patient care, clinical quality, ethical treatment, and an environment where hygienists are respected and able to practice at the top of their license. Its offices use modern technology to support efficient, quality patient care. GEDC is a leading dental organization with more than 200 offices across multiple states. The position is W-2 employment. Requirements
- Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
- Current dental hygiene license, or eligibility for licensure, in the state where the candidate wishes to work.
- Patient-focused approach and commitment to quality care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to different office environments and teams.
- Reliable and professional approach to patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide dental hygiene care during selected temporary shifts at participating GEDC offices.
