About The Position
Founded in 1970 as South Philadelphia Health Action and subsequently incorporated as Greater Philadelphia Health Action, GPHA is a non-profit healthcare organization with a commitment to provide compassionate and affordable healthcare services regardless of an individual’s ability to pay. GPHA is one of the largest Dental providers in Philadelphia and Tri-state area. We are presently seeking Dental Customer Service Representatives for Saturdays only. Locations include: 432 N 6th St, Philadelphia, PA 19123 1401 S 31st St, Philadelphia, PA 19146 4500-10 Frankford Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19124 640 E Snyder Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19148 5501 Woodland Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19143
Requirements
- Must be ambitious, positive, talented, and friendly
- Possessing the ability to multi-task
- Must be a high school graduate
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Computer literate with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- CPR Certification required or can be provided
- Must possess the ability to interact with people of diverse cultures and languages effectively to obtain necessary information
