Reporting to our Billing Manager, you’ll help ensure our billing operations run smoothly and compliantly, because behind every clean claim is a patient who deserves care without delay.
Requirements
- Proven experience in dental billing
- Solid knowledge of CDT, ICD-10, and electronic billing systems
- A sharp eye for detail, excellent follow-through, and great communication skills
- Proficiency in billing tools and systems
- Passion for helping underserved communities get the care they deserve
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Medicare/Medicaid or PACE
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter patient data, CDT/ICD-10 codes, and billing info
- Submit claims to Medicare, Medicaid, private insurers, and PACE programs
- Keep records clean and compliant with HIPAA and payer guidelines
- Work closely with internal teams to support documentation accuracy
